I started working for KT Ukraine in 2015 and right off became the youngest manager in the company — I was 19 years old. Here I realized that in KT Ukraine foreign passport — today you are in the office, and tomorrow you are already flying to France for a conference.
You know, I had such a small dream to go on a business trip, and so, on the first day of work in the company I happened to go to Kharkov — it was the first trip here. During my time in the company I have already managed to see different regions of Ukraine and to visit beyond its borders. KT Ukraine is a company where dreams come true. There is no time to be bored, every day I open up new opportunities.
My first project is a contact center, which facilitates communication with customers, partners, suppliers. It can be said that it ensures effective communication of KT Ukraine, which is very important. In 2016, a new project — Customer Service Department, aimed at working with an internal and external customer. The principles remain unchanged — our task is to serve at the highest level! After all, in a tough market competition, you should be given the best service.
We do not have staff turnover. We did our best, to make employees not to leave us. Our contact center is a kind of launch pad — most of the employees started from the position of the operator and, in the course of time, found themselves in other areas of the company's activities, and the customer service department develops everything in new directions of the company, taking an active part in working with clients — promo events , exhibitions, fairs, etc.
Today I am the youngest top manager in a company with more than 130 employees, among whom there are middle managers. The main advantage of the company is the support and development of employees.
